Yoga with Ms. Karen

This is my sixth year teaching Yoga at All Saints School, and I have over nine years of experience as a Yoga Instructor. I teach Yoga to all ages from children through seniors. I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance and have specialized training for Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Kids and Adults. I believe that yoga is for everybody and for “every body,” and I am thrilled to share my love of yoga with the children.


The Kindergarten class joins me once a week, and the Pre-K classes join me once a month for creative, fun-filled yoga games and activities. Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques are incorporated into each class. I also work with the teachers to support classroom curriculum and benchmarks.

Benefits of Yoga for Young Children

Children come into this world as natural yogis. Yoga enhances kids' flexibility, coordination, strength and body awareness. Our children live in a busy world with constant stimulation. Yoga helps children establish relaxation techniques, create inner contentment and build self-esteem.
