School operates August through May, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. with a summer program available select weeks in June and July.
Early drop-off is available every morning beginning at 8:15 a.m. You may pre-purchase any number of days per week or if space is available you may drop in for a nominal fee.
Aftercare is available from 2-3:30 p.m. each day. You may pre-purchase any number of days per week or if space is available you may drop in for a nominal fee. After Care is currently on hold. In Spring 2021, this adjustment will be revisited and reevaluated by administration, the school board, and other counsel. We are hopeful to be able to offer this option to families soon.
We observe several holidays during the year including Labor Day, Thanksgiving (closed one week), Christmas (closed two weeks), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday and one week for Spring Break. We also observe teacher workdays. All holidays are included on the homepage calendar and are listed in our handbook.
In the event of a hurricane or similar emergencies, the School typically follows Orange County Public Schools closures.
All Saints School is licensed by the State of Florida under license #C09OR0268. We are regularly inspected by Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), which includes a health and safety inspection, as well as the Winter Park Fire Department. These inspections are unannounced and happen three to four times yearly. DCF can be contacted at 407-317-7820. Our staff meets all licensing requirements, including level two background screenings and trainings.
All Saints School is accredited by The National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education (NAC), which is managed by the National Association of Child Care Professionals. Early childhood programs accredited by NAC have voluntarily undergone a comprehensive process of internal self-study and invited external professional review to verify compliance with the “NAC for Excellence” criteria. The criteria can be found on NAC’S website. On the anniversary of accreditation, a lengthy annual report is filed and feedback from the Commission as to compliance or noncompliance is given.
In 2006, All Saints School was awarded and maintains the Gold Seal for Excellence from the Department of Children and Families.
