What is Big Saints Scramble?
The event is All Saints School’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Now celebrating its 11th year, the Big Saints Bash will be an adults-only Golf Scramble featuring a 9-hole scramble, silent auction, food/drink and Sunday Funday entertainment. You won’t want to miss this par-tee!

Can I purchase tickets online? Offline? At the event?
Tickets are available for purchase through Handbid at
events.handbid.com/auctions/big-saints-scramble-2022. You can purchase tickets at anytime through this secure, mobile app specifically designed for silent auctions.
What types of payment are accepted? What fees and taxes will I be charged?
All major credit cards are accepted through Handbid. No fees or taxes are attached to ticket purchases.
How will I get my tickets once purchased?
A confirmation email will serve as your ticket to the Scramble. Your ticket is also available through your Handbid account, once purchased.
What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
All tickets are emailed directly to the email address provided at checkout. Can’t find the email? Your ticket confirmation is also available via the Handbid app. Plus, we have record of all tickets that have been purchased through Handbid. Email allsaintsbrickbybrick@gmail.com with any concerns.
Do I need to bring a printed copy of my tickets to the event or is showing them electronically acceptable?
No paper necessary. Simply show your ticket confirmation email on your phone through the Handbid app or your inbox upon arrival to the Bash.
What should I do if I don’t receive my tickets?
If you don’t receive the confirmation email with your tickets after purchasing them through Handbid, please email allsaintsbrickbybrick@gmail.com.
Are there assigned seats/tables for the event?
No.
I’m a sponsor. How do I redeem tickets allocated through my sponsorship?
Kayla Lyons will provide you with a sponsor code that can be used to redeem your tickets through Handbid. If you are a sponsor and have not yet received your code, please email allsaintsbrickbybrick@gmail.com.
What time do the doors open? Start time for golfers?
3:00 p.m.
3:15 p.m.
Is there an age limit or are there ID requirements to enter the event?
This is an adults-only event. Libations will be served, so we ask that guests be age twenty-one (21) and up.
Is there a way for me to get event updates in case of weather, traffic delays or other problems that could affect the event?
Pay close attention to the All Saints School social media as updates will be posted frequently closer to the event. Also, feel free to email allsaintsbrickbybrick@gmail.com with any questions.
How does the silent auction work?
Download the Handbid app (or use a mobile web browser) to bid on silent auction items right from your phone while you enjoy the Scramble. Download on the Apple App Store or Get it on Google Play.
Log into your Handbid account (you created one while purchasing your tickets). Then to find the event, search for 'All Saints School' or 'Big Saints Scramble'. Click on the event, and let’s get bidding!
Will I be able to preview silent auction items?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to scout your favorite auction items through the Handbid just a day or so before the event. Items will also be on display at the Scramble.
I can’t make it to the event. Can I still bid?
Yes! Download the Handbid app, create an account and feel free to keep up with the bidding wars!
I won something! How does payment work? Do I leave the Scramble with my items?
At the end of the auction, you will be able to see the items you won through the Handbid app, which will prompt you to check out. The preferred payment method is via credit card through Handbid, however checks are also accepted.
If you are in attendance, please visit the table by the entrance/exit before you leave so we can provide you with your auction item(s). If you are not in attendance or left the event early, your items will be taken to school and can be picked up in the office.
Where do proceeds from the event go?
All proceeds benefit All Saints School. This year we’re working hard to raise funds for a new playground!
