 April Wrap Up Letter

The month of April was delightful!  We had fun celebrating Easter.  The children enjoyed our Easter Activities.  We dyed Easter eggs and went on an Easter egg hunt.  We talked about how much Jesus loves us and read many books about Easter and spring.  We went on walks to Park Avenue and enjoyed many hands on art projects.  The children are learning so much each day and their vocabulary is exploding!  We have heard more and more words out of each child.  They are so eager to talk and sing.  We have heard most of them sing our daily prayer and our theme songs.

During the month of May, our theme will be Nursery Rhymes.  The children enjoy nursery rhymes and learn so much, such as new language, rhyming, rhythm, and the ability to memorize a short song or poem.  May is a wet month at All Saints! We will  have water play so be sure to pack a bathing suit!

We have had a great year and thank you for allowing us to care for your children.  They have learned so much this year and we’ve had fun teaching them!  The last day of school is May 23rd, with a Noon Dismissal and no aftercare.

God Bless,

Ms. Cindy and Ms. Georgia

A Note from the Front Office:

Our school has enacted a new safety measure that we have implemented this week and which will continue for the remainder of the school year.  If your child is not at school on his or her regular school day by 10:00 we will call or email you to check on him/her.  We would appreciate a call, email or text from you to either the office or the teacher letting us know if your child is sick or on vacation.  This will decrease the amount of calls we have to make each day.  We are doing this to make sure all of our students are safe and also to know about sickness in any given classroom so that we can be on the lookout for similar symptoms.
